About
I am Emmanuel Mirzakhanian. Mirza Media is me, working on my own, so the person you speak to is the person who does the work.

What I did before this.
I worked in outside school hours care for five years. It is the industry I know from the inside rather than from a case study, and it is the one I chose to come back to.
Then I started running my own businesses on the side and did my own Google Ads. What I kept noticing was that centres like the one I worked in were either paying an agency well over the odds for work no senior person ever touched, or running the ads themselves and getting very little back. That is why I serve this industry rather than any other.
I have also run ads for schools and not-for-profits.
Before any of that I built and ran several small online stores of my own, start to finish and on my own: the products, the storefront, every ad, the emails, the refunds. That is where I learned what an advertising budget feels like when it is your own money and the month still has to clear, and it is the reason I talk to owners about enrolments and dollars rather than about advertising.
On one account I took over, a business spending $5,000 a month, 60% of the budget was going to searches that could never produce a customer. That spend is gone. The $2,000 left was the part already reaching real customers, and the $3,000 a month it no longer spends is $36,000 a year. That is one account and not a promise, but it is the kind of thing I am looking for.
Why me rather than an agency.
An agency sells you a team, and the team is the problem. The person who wins the work is rarely the person who does it, and the person who does it is whoever has room that week. The thinking gets lost in the handovers and simple changes take a fortnight because of them.
There is nobody here to hand your account to. No staff, no subcontractors, nothing sent offshore. The account is opened, changed and reported on by me, you get the same person every time you call, and anything you are unhappy with comes straight to me.
Why me rather than doing it yourself.
You can run the ads yourself, and plenty of centres do. The trouble is that it is not a job you can do for twenty minutes on a Friday. The money goes out every day whether or not anybody is watching where it lands, and a search that wastes it looks exactly like one that works until somebody reads them side by side.
If the budget is going out either way, the question is not whether to spend it. It is whether anyone is checking what it buys, and whether the enquiries it produces are being counted at all. That is the job, and it is the whole job I do.
What working with me is like.
- An eight-week plan, in writing, before anything is spent What I would change, in what order, and what each step is for. You can read it, argue with it, or hand it to someone else.
- Month to month No lock-in. If the work stops earning its keep you can leave, and you do not need a reason.
- The account stays yours It is in your name, and the history in it is yours. If you leave you leave with all of it, which is not true everywhere.
- A written update every fortnight, in plain English What was spent, what came in, and what I am doing about it next. No dashboard to learn. Written for the person running the place, not for another marketer.
What I will not do.
- Promise you a number of enrolments Nobody controls what the parents of your suburb search for next month. Anybody who puts a number on it is guessing with your money.
- Take the work when the ads would cost you more than they bring back If my fee would exceed your ad budget, I will say so on the call rather than take it. At that size the money is better spent elsewhere.
- Hand your account to somebody else There is nobody to hand it to. That is the arrangement, not a promise I could quietly break.
- Lock you in Month to month. The account is in your name, and if you leave you leave with all of it.
